Bassey Lawrence Ekpezu
MD/CEO - Luxbor Entrepreneurship and Vocational Centre.
Bassey Lawrence Ekpezu has over 8 active years in entrepreneurship development having developed keen interest in the area. He served as a Senior Enterprise Development Expert with the former CBN South-South Entrepreneurship Development Centre and participated in developmental projects like the World Bank sponsored Growth and Employment Project in Nigeria as Business Development Service Provider (BDSP); Cuso International YOULEAD project for agricultural entrepreneurs as trainer; and UNIDO for the HP LIFE Entrepreneurship Project in Nigeria as a certified trainer; Financial Inclusion Consultant for IFAD LIFE-ND Project. He has been involved in training and mentoring of over 1650 prospective entrepreneurs, facilitated the development and provision of free mentoring support for over 143 enterprises. Ekpezu is a Business Development and Administration Specialist and currently the MD/CEO of Luxbor Entrepreneurship and Vocational Development Centre. He has an educational background in Education and Public Administration and is actively in enterprise and human capital development
Blessing Akpan
Human Resource Specialist
Blessing Akpan is a Human Resource Specialist with focus on training and development. Currently serving with Kindred Credit Union as a Training Specialist, (Canada). She has an educational background in Economics and Human Resource Management. Having trained over 2000 individuals in entrepreneurship and business communication skills, Blessing is passionate about supporting individuals to be economically self-sufficient by improving the way they acquire and use relevant information. She is a certified master trainer with UNIDO for the HP LIFE Entrepreneurship Project Nigeria, and worked on several projects to facilitate small, and medium enterprise growth such as the World Bank sponsored Growth and Employment Project in Nigeria, and Cuso Int’l YOULEAD project for agricultural entrepreneurs, sustainable livelihood project for Mangrove communities sponsored by the Small Grants Program of UNDP.
